NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of May, 2012, in that certain cause pending in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BMO HARRIS BANK N.A., successor by merger to Harris Trust and Savings Bank, is the Plaintiff and LAURA RAMIREZ, DANIEL RAMIREZ, and JOHN DOE #1 and JANE DOE #1, as unknown tenants in possession, are the Defendants, Civil Action Case No. 2011 CA 007052, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will at 11:00 a.m. on August 10, 2012, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the following described property, situate and being in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 15, Unit 1, Bahia Vista Subdivision, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 24, 25 and 26 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIENHOLDER CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
