NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2012 and a Final Summary Judgment dated March 18, 2010, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2009-CA-007140, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR RAMP 2006RZ3 is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL R. ROBERSON; RACHEL V. ROBERSON; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; KINGSFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE III, the Clerk of Court, shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 31st day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK G, KINGSFIELD, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
