LAB; DOREEN LAB; MARK E. GIBBONS; TONI M. GIBBONS; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; REGENCY OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
