Douglas a/k/a Dean Douglas, Nicole Schmidt f/k/a Nicole Douglas a/k/a Nicole J. Douglas, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for Quicken Loans Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
