NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 04, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010CA7230 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES 2004-AB1, Plaintiff, and DANIEL J. BARTO, AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER, VIZCAYA OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A UKI YAMAMOTOARE, are Defendants.
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 606, PHASE 6, VIZCAYA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1081, PAGES 3614 THROUGH 3734, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 21, PAGES 47 THROUGH 57, CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 27 THROUGH 30 AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 24, PAGES 90 THROUGH 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
