NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007193, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SHARON M. BURKE; GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JOHN WHITFORD; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 4168, MIRROR LAKE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 4, AS PER DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1156, PAGE 198, ET ESQ., AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 20, PAGES 72 THROUGH 76, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
