NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 001910 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF17 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF17, is the Plaintiff and Aurora Catterson, John Catterson, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., acting solely as nominee for First Franklin a Division of National City Bank, Sugar Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc., a Florida Corporation, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31st day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
