Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 27, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 143-A, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1460, PAGES 7272 THROUGH 7286, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, FORMERLY KNOWN AS SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, SECTION TEN, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 931, PAGE 378, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGES 31 AND 32, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 1177 LONGFELLOW WAY, SARASOTA, FL 34243; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on July 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
