NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Forecloure Sale dated May 30, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-03797 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as acquirer of certain assets and liabilities of Washington Mutual Bank from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation acting as receiver, is the Plaintiff and Cora D'Alessandro a/k/a Cora Still, Terry Still, , are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 54, WILLOUGHBY ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 24 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
