NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on February 24, 2010 in Civil Case No.:11-2008-CA-001199, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-OA2 is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN MORTELLARO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN MORTELLARO; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the atrium, on the firt floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E, Naples, FL at 11:00 a.m. on July 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE WEST 3 1/3 FEET OF LOT 20, AND THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF LOTS 21 AND 22, BLOCK 20, TIER 6,PLAN OF NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
