Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, 1st Floor Atrium, in the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 1 day of August, 2012, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
Condominium Unit 8-101, HUNTINGTON LAKES ONE, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 2118, Pages 2240-2382, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
