notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-02899 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and Louis J. Telcy, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, F.A., successor in interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, The Courtyards of Golden Gate Condominium Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Louis Telcy n/k/a Mary Teley, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 1st day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 74, BUILDING 1018, OF THE TARA WOODS PHASE OF THE COURTYARDS OF GOLDEN GATE, A CONDOMINIUM. ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 963, PAGE 809, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
