notice is hereby given pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costa dated March 29, 2012, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-010719 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-25 is the Plaintiff and Timothy S. Hovorka, a/k/a Timothy Hovorka; Charlotte H. Havorka, a/k/a Charlotte Hovorka; Waterways of Naples Homeowners Association, Inc.; KeyBank National Association; are the Defendants, that the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex of Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 A.M., on July 30, 2012, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to wit:
LOT 283, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE(S) 91 THROUGH 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
