notice is given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 2nd day of July, 2012, in Civil Action No. 08-CA-008169, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARI SONIA MURRAY, NATIONAL CITY BANK, VARENNA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN DOE, AND TENANT#2 A/K/A JANE DOE, are the Defendants, and WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HARBORVIEW 2006-12, is the plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 103, BUILDING 17, PHASE XVII, VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE PRO RATA INTERST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND COMMON PROPERTY OF THE CONDOMINIUM AD LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, MORE PARTICULARLY DELINEATED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF VARENNA, A CONDOMINIUM AS RECORD IN O.R. BOOK 4007, PAGE 1808, ET SEQ., PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA,AND AS AMENDED.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
