NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated May 10, 2012 and entered in Case No. 1100258CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL EUGENE HAGAN A/K/A MICHAEL HAGAN A/K/A MICHAEL E. HAGEN; ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, LEGATEES, DEVISEES, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES, CREDITORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST JUNE CAROLYN HAGAN F/K/A JUNE CAROLYN VINAL, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; ___ AS THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL EUGENE HAGAN A/K/A MICHAEL HAGEN A/K/A MICHAEL E. HAGAN, IF ANY; ___ AS THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE CAROLYN HAGAN F/K/A JUNE CAROLYN VINAL, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN POSSESSION; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
