Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011 CA 003719 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC.,ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-1., Plaintiff, and CAROL MESSINA, ROBERT MESSINA, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 11-107, ENCLAVE AT NAPLES, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3731, PAGE 2534, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
