notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-002579, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and GIL G. GARCIA; VERONICA GARCIA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the FIRST FLOOR of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 3, EDEN PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 70 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
