NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001874 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, INC. F/K/A NORWEST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and CLARA DEL TORO, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD T. DWYER A/K/A EDWARD DWYER, DECEASED; CAREN A. DWYER, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD T. DWYER A/K/A EDWARD DWYER, DECEASED; MELISSA A. LORINO, AS GUARDIAN OF JAMES DWYER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF EDWARD T. DWYER A/K/A EDWARD DWYER, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST EDWARD T. DWYER, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES ONE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EMERALD LAKES RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 30th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT C-201, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES ONE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1641, PAGES 918 THROUGH 1035, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO
A/K/A 7806 EMERALD CIRCLE UNIT C-201, NAPLES, FL 33942
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
