NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-1477-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Aviano Coach Homes Condominium Association, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Margaret Sloboda, Frank Sloboda, et al, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, at 11:00 AM on the 1 day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 2 OF AVIANO COACH HOMES, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4104, PAGE 1961 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
