NOTICE IS HEREBY that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 15, 2010 in Civil Case No. 11-2010-CA-001754, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2006-NC4 is the Plaintiff, and, NONO PAUL; MARIE ANDRE JOSEPH FKA MARIE A. PAUL AKA MARIE M. PAUL AKA MARIE MICHELLE PAUL; JOHN DOE NKA BERNARD JEAN; WATERWAYS OF NAPLES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA), N.A.; JANE DOE NKA OLIVIA PIERRE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse ANNEX, First Floor Atrium, 3315 East Tamiami Trail Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 AM on July 30, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 359, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT SIX, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 91 THROUGH 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
