Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 4, BUILDING 50 OF REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, First Floor, Atrium Area, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM, on July 30, 2012.
