NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 13, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-001919-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF PRIME MORTGAGE TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and HEATHER LYNN KARNOW; VETERANS VILLAS I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on July 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
