NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-004551-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2005-C, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2005-C under the Pooling and Servicing agreement dated Sept 1, 2005, Plaintiff and Claudio Mori and Maria Mori, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on August 21, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 1, GRAND OAKS PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 50, PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
