NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 26, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-000095-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Peter Eugene Langendorff a/k/a Peter E. Langendorff, Individually, and as Personal Representative of The Estate of Herbert Edward Langendorff, Jr. a/k/a Herbert E. Langendorff, Jr., Deceased, and as Successor Trustee of The Herbert Edward Langendorff, Jr. and Carol Ann McGee Langendorff Living Trust dated November 21, 1996 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on July 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
