NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-000480-WS (J3) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, Plaintiff and Carl William Miller a/k/a Carl W. Miller and Betty A. Miller, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL NO. 104 IN BUILDING 9 OF THE HILLSIDE TEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1414, AT PAGE 920, AND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN O.R. BOOK 1613, AT PAGE 10, AND THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, THEREAFTER AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 91, AND SECOND AMENDMENT THERETO RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1648, AT PAGE 569, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
