Kim and Richard T. Petras, Wife and Husband are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 30, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 339, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT FIVE, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
