NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 08-9268-WS/J2, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DALE D. WINDSOR is Plaintiff, and COURTNEY FRANCIS and CRYSTAL VALLEY, INC., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on Monday, August 13, 2012, to the highest bidder for cash, in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the prescribed date, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 354, Embassy Hills Unit 2-A, as shown on the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 121 - 122, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
