Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 25th day of JUNE, 2012, in the cause wherein PAUL MILLARD, was plaintiff and SANTO ITALIAN, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and KENNETH W. SANTO. was defendant, being case number 512011-CA-5942-ES in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, Santo Italian, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and Kenneth W. Santo, in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 14th day of AUGUST, 2012, at Crockett's Towing at 9621 Land O Lakes Blvd., in the City of Land O Lakes, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 11:00 a.m. , or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, SANTO ITALIAN, LLC, a Florida limited liability company and KENNETH W. SANTO. right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
