NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-002454-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, Wells Fargo Delaware Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee for Vericrest Opportunity Loan Trust 2011-NPL1, Plaintiff, and, HECTOR HERNANDEZ, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00 AM on the 1st day of August 2012, the following described property:
LOT 16 IN BLOCK 19A OF LEXINGTON OAKS VILLAGE 15 AND 16, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 137 THROUGH 140, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
