NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 29th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-007870ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. is the Plaintiff and JOSE A. MORERA A/K/A JOSE MORERA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE A. MORERA A/K/A JOSE MORERA N/K/A MAGGIE MORERA; MEADOW POINTE III HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 1st day of August, 2012, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: www.pasco.realforeclose.com, pursuant to judgment or order of the Court, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 44 OF MEADOW POINTE IV PARCEL “J” ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 87 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
