NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-009066-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and ADELA MESA; MARIA A. MESA; MARTHA R. ORTIZ; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE BELMONT AT RYALS CHASE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on August 02, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
