PROHASKA, ANABEL PROHASKA, UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A MELANIE PROHASKA, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 10, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 18, UNITS 1 & 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 95 THROUGH 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
