NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 013924 SC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC4 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Andrew W. Cullerton; Unknown Spouse of Andrew W. Cullerton; New Century Mortgage Corporation; Villas at Charleston Park Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, 9:00 AM on the 30 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 61, VILLAS AT CHARLESTON PARK, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 27, 27A THROUGH 27E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
