Unit 527, Building D, Bella Villino VI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Instrument #2005229158, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 19, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 08/06/2012. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
