NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2012 and entered in Case No. 57-2007-CA-015648-SC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and MIKHAIL IONASHKU, ET AL the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclosure.com on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 43, LASBURY PINE ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 81, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
