WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUSAN D. BELL, are defendants.
