WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006 FRE1 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SUSAN D. BELL, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 7th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
