NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 13, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-009190-NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein PHH Mortgage Corporation f/k/a Cendant Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and Juan Reyes-Ortiz and Rosario Uribe Alcantara are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM , AT 9:00 A.M. on July 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1415, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT NO. 15, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
