NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 003341 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER SOVIERO A/K/A CHRISTOPHER M. SOVIERO, EILEEN THROPE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 31st day of July 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, OF SYLVAN LEA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, Page 22, 22A THROUGH 22C, INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
