NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June 2012 and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 016512 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and TERRY L. JACKSON, GREAT SOUTHERN BUILDERS GULFCOAST INC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS A NOMINEE FOR STEARNS LENDING, INC., WANDA R. JACKSON and UNKOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of August 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 1, UNIT 1, TAMARON SUBDIVISION, RECORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 34, 34A AND 34B OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
