NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June 2012 and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007679 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING L.P. is the Plaintiff and ALEKSANDER SEMERYUK A/K/A ALEKSANDR SEMERYUK, RAISA SEMERYUK A/K/A RASA SEMERYUK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) N/K/A KATHY SAVCHENKO and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTYare defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 1st day of August 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
