UNIT NO. 3408, BUILDING 6, OF BLOOMINGDALE WOODS CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16784, PAGE 1450, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE public records of hillsborough county, florida.
and commonly known as: 3408 WATERWOOD CT, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 22, 2012 at 10:00 AM.
