NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 12, and entered in 29-2008-CA-019551 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein BANK OF NEW YORK FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OA2, is the Plaintiff and JUAN GUZMAN; ANDREA RODRIGUEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA; ARBORS AT BRANCH CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 2:00pm on October 31, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 301, BUILDING 7622, OF ARBORS AT BRANCH CREEK CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16899, PAGE 0978, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
