NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19th, 2012, and entered in 08-CA-029204 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and ESTHER APPEL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR F; THE VILLAS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JASON CABAN; JANE DOE (REFUSED NAME) are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on November 2nd, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT #1.78, THE VILLAS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14399, PAGE 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
