NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure sale dated June 20, 12, and entered in 06-000164 DIV J of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida , wherein HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., is the Plaintiff and ALENE ELLISON; ALFONSO LAROCCA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Rm 201/202, the George Edgecomb Building, 2nd Fl., 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00am on July 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 20, CENTRAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
