NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09-CA-016357 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS, INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, MANA SERIES 2007-OAR2, Plaintiff, and, AUTUMN M. BENNETT, et. al., are Defendants, The Clerk shall sell to the highest bidder for cash, as except as set forth hereinafter, on July 26, 12 at 10:00 am at 800 E Twiggs St., Hedge Comb Bldg Courthouse 2nd Floor, Room 201/202 Tampa, FL 33602
LOT 1, BLOCK 10, OF TOWNHOMES OF LAKEVIEW VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 104 AT PAGE 244 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
