with a street address of 14703 Carnation Drive, Tampa, Florida 33613, has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Robert M. Coplen, P.A., 10225 Ulmerton Road, Suite 5A, Largo, FL 33771, on or before August 13, 2012 (or within thirty (30) days after the first publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court at P.O.
