NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action on June 26, 2012, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Pat Frank, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8, Block 2 of ANITA SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page(s) 21, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd Floor of The George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida 33602 at 10:00 a.m., on August 13, 2012, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
