NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2010, entered in Civil Case No. 06-CA-009343 (G) of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NOVASTAR MORTGAGE, INC., A VIRGINIA CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and BEATRICE JONES, MORRIS JONES, VALENCIA JONES are the Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, on the 2nd floor 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 2PM on the August 15, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, OF TRAILS AT DURANT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
