Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 Twiggs Street, in Tampa, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
The North 112 feet of the West 366 feet of the following described property:
The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, and the South 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 30 South, Range 21 East, Hillsborough County, Florida; less the West 3/4 of the South 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4; subject to road Right-of-Way.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
