NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011-CA-007138 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GLEN BAHAM, YOLANDA BAHAM, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC, (MIN#100025440003911135), are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 2nd floor, Room 201/202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 at 10AM on the 13 day of August, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 5.8 FEET OF LOT 14 AND THE WEST 28.2 FEET OF LOT 15, BLOCK 1, PHILIP COLLINS SECOND ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 66, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
A/K/A: 1341 W La Salle St, Tampa, FL 33607
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
